Building your natural defence system
Around six years ago, I was down. After treating my body worse than a rental car, I had managed to destroy most of my internal defence mechanisms. The result was devastating for both the mind and the body.
Once I realised that I had hit rock bottom, it took me close to eight months to repair the damage I had inflicted.
I started by building up the most obvious layers of our natural defence system. To do this I first had to examine what lead me down the hill in the first place. The first steps included, starting a nutrition diary, looking at my sleep patterns, and the amount of exercise I was doing.
For me this was the turning point to helping me to identify my ultimate goal in life: Finding the most powerful strategies to create optimal shielding both internally and externally for one’s well-being, and empowering people to use these strategies to enjoy life to it’s fullest.
